PLANS & POLICIES

Payments for Online Study courses are due at the time of course registration. You'll be able to download full course materials, submit required assessments, and get a final grade, unless other payment arrangements have been made (i.e. payment plan). 

TUITION PAYMENT PLAN

A payment plan is available for eligible students. However this is only available when the payment plan agreement form has been completed with due dates as follows:

1. 50 per cent at course registration: You'll be able to download a section of the course materials. You won't be able to submit assignments for feedback or a grade. Recommended textbooks, further reading materials, hyperlinks and references (if aplicable to your course) is only available to full-fee paying student.

2. 50 per cent balances is due 30 days from the first payment: You'll be able to download an entire course materials, submit required assessments, and get a final grade. 

Please Note: Payment plans are available for the graduateand PhD programs only. 

LATE PAYMENT POLICY

Failure to pay as per the agreed payment schedule and/or failure to present evidence of payment by the due date(s) will constitute a breach of the Payment Plan Agreement and I will be considered to be in default.

In the event of a default, the registration/academic record will remain and the following actions will be taken:

(1) Placing a financial hold on the student record
(2) Withholding of examination results and results of other assessments (if applicable)
(3) Denial of academic and administrative services
(4) Denial of transcripts, certificates and other records of status
(5) Denial of access to the institute’s systems and facilities

GENERAL TERMS FOR  PAYMENT 

Current course/program tuition fees (“Tuition Fees”) must be paid in full (and received by MOMBI) before registration/enrolment week unless otherwise agreed in accordance with these Terms.

The Tuition Fees must be received in cleared funds in accordance with the Payment Methods set out at the end of these Terms.

Payment must be made strictly on or before the dates set out by us.

You will not be able to progress to the next level of your course until we have received the relevant payment.

Please note that:

a) payments made to us are not transferrable between you and anyone else;

b) it is your responsibility to ensure that current course/program Tuition Fees are paid;

c) we are not liable for any payment (made by you) that does not reach our correct account due to you entering our details incorrectly; and

d) we are not liable if your bank, building society, credit card or debit card supplier declines or refuses payment. It is your responsibility to check that payment has been deducted from your account.

Other Important Information

Fees are subject to regular review and change. Fees and other amounts payable are published separately for each intake and the most recently published pricing is payable by all students studying at the relevant time unless the relevant amounts were paid in full prior to the publication of the new pricing. The fee for the duration of your program will be set out in your offer letter.
