OUR AGREEMENT WITH YOU

Student Enrollment Agreement Terms and Conditions will be effective when posted.

♦  An application for admission is a legal document. You will be signing a statement at the end of the application certifying that the document is complete and all entries contained within this application are true to the best of your knowledge.

♦  Only applications that are complete, including signature and date, will be considered for admission.

♦  For confidentiality purpose all applications and additional documents submitted to the Mount Olives Ministerial Bible Institute - MOMBIf or admission becomes the property of the Mount Olives Ministerial Bible Institute - MOMBI. The applications and additional documents shall not be returned to the applicant, disclosed to a third party or any institutions.

♦  All program techniques and materials (online and print), content, code, software, data, videos, and session transcripts, copyrights, trademark rights and other intellectual and property rights used in or related to your program are the exclusive property of MOMBI or its licensors. You agree not to disclose, reproduce, sell or distribute to any third party any information, written or spoken, including course materials, obtained from MOMBI in connection with MOMBI courses or tutoring programs, and agree to use such information only for your personal, non-commercial use. Without limiting the foregoing, you further agree not to share your online MOMBI password or to otherwise allow any other person to use the MOMBI online resources purchased by you. To the extent you need to download software or documentation to access services or materials in connection with your program, MOMBI grants you a limited, non-assignable, non-transferable, revocable license to use such services and materials solely for use with your purchased program or services and only for your personal, non-commercial use. Such license will terminate when your program, plan or other service expires or otherwise terminates. 

♦  You agree that Use or sharing of Your Participant Account with another user is not permitted and is cause for immediate blocking of Your access to the Website, the Services and the Content, the Courseware, and termination of this Agreement.

♦  You agree that You are solely responsible for all telephone, computer hardware and other equipment and all Internet or wireless services required for access to and use of our online services.

♦  You agree that You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Participant Account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to immediately notify our Help and Support Team if You become aware of or have reason to believe that there is any unauthorized use of Your Participant Account. You also agree to take all reasonable steps to stop such unauthorized use and to cooperate with Us in any investigation of such unauthorized uses. We shall not under any circumstances be held liable for any claims related to the use or misuse of Your Participant Account due to the activities of any third party outside of our control or due to Your failure to maintain the confidentiality and security of Your Participant Account.

TERM AND TERMINATION

♦  This Agreement will become effective upon Your acceptance of the terms of this Agreement by Your clicking on the "I ACCEPT" button and, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, will remain in effect till You maintain a current online Participant Account, or until terminated by Us, whichever is earlier.

♦  We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and block Your access to the Content and Courseware with immediate effect by sending a written notice through email to You to this effect ("Immediate Termination Date"), if such termination is made as a result of Your misrepresentation, default, misconduct, or breach of Your obligations related to or under this Agreement ("Event of Default"). On the occurrence of any Event of Default, We shall be authorized to exercise all the rights and remedies under this Agreement or applicable Law or available in equity to seek indemnification for any Loss or Claim resulting from any such Event of Default.

GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

♦  In case you have any concerns or queries, please reach out to your Instructor. Your Instructor shall undertake all reasonable efforts to address your grievances in the shortest possible time. 

♦  MOMBI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend, revise or update the Content and Courseware offered to You. In the event such an amendment, revision or updation occurs, We may require you pay an additional fee to access such amended, revised, or updated Content and Courseware.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

ONLINE COURSES (DISTANCE LEARNING)

MOMBI Has Implemented The Following Policy For Tuition Cancel/Refund

♦  When you agree to make a payment, you are acknowledging that you have read this statement and are in full agreement. We put this statement here to make sure there are no miscommunications. You have the right to cancel your registration up to two (2) days from the date of payment. It is the student’s responsibility to get the written notice to the MOMBI office. Requests MUST be sent via email (VERBAL requests are NOT accepted) to following address: payments@mombi.org 

♦  You may request a full refund prior to gaining access to classes and course materials contained in the Mount Olives Ministerial Bible Institute - MOMBI Online Learning Management System.

MOMBI Will Not Grant A Refund Under Any Of The Following Circumstances:

♦  Where a student is enrolled as a distance/self-paced student and submits a request for a refund within two (2) days of the application being approved and the enrollment confirmed (enrollment is confirmed on the date the ‘Confirmation of enrollment email is sent to the student’s nominated email address) MOMBI will charge a 25% administration fee from the total fees paid by the student.

♦  Once access to online training and course materials has been granted or have been mailed to a student, you are no longer eligible to receive a refund on the online training courses. 

♦  The right to cancel/refund will not apply, after we issued your login detail for online study platform. 

♦  Withdrawn classes without proper written notice will result in no refunds. 

While every effort is made to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Mount Olives Ministerial Bible Institute - MOMBI reserves the right to alter, without notice, statements in the catalog concerning policies, procedures, academic offerings, and tuition fees.

REFUND PROCEDURE

Any refund will take up to 30 days to process.

Nonrefundable Application Fee

When you complete your application for admission, you will be asked to submit your payment for the application. The application fee is dedicated to the administrative cost of processing all applications received and is not refundable under any circumstance, regardless of the admission decision, the date of filing, time of review, or if for whatever the reason, the application is withdrawn or you are unable to enroll for a class.
