HONORARY DOCTOR OF PHILOSOPHY DEGREE
MOMBI welcomes the opportunity to receive Recommendations and Nominations of persons in the ministry who deserve the Special Recognition and Honor of receiving the Honorary Doctor of Philosophy Degree.
The Honorary Doctor of Philosophy Degrees is often awarded in recognition of one's life experiences. It is denoted by the letters "ph.d.", which is an abbreviation for "Honorary Doctor of Philosophy" this means that the degree is bestowed as an honor rather than through the completion of certain academic requirements.
CRITERIA FOR THE AWARD OF HONORARY DEGREE
1. Ten years of experience in a particular field
2. A completed Online Application form.
3. Acceptable forms of identification: e.g., Valid National ID, Driver's License, or International Passport.
4. One copy of a recent photograph (passport size) in addition to the one affixed to the student profile page.
5. One reference other than family members
6. Autobiographical Statement (300 words) – and reasons for desiring the Ph.D.
7. Prepare a 4-5 page Dissertation on one of the following topics:
♦ The Life of Christ
♦ The Holy Spirit
♦ Heaven and Hell
♦ The Five Fold Ministry
♦ Evangelism
♦ Youth Ministries
♦ Or, if the applicant has completed any written work, such as a book, booklet, or an outstanding article, please submit a copy to us.
8. Application fee $50 (₦10,000)
9. Awarding fee $200 (₦84,000)
10. I.D. Card $17 (₦4,500)
11. Processing and Postage Fee $100 (₦14,000)
Once the above steps are all met, we will send you your beautiful bonafide honorary degree -- with raised seal, and official logo.
OTHER TYPES OF HONORARY DOCTORATE DEGREES
If these requirements of the Honorary Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) are too much for your schedule, you might wish to receive the theological equivalent of the Ph.D., the Doctor of Theology --D.Th. Or you may wish to pursue a Doctor of Divinity or Doctor of Ministry degree from MOMBI.
If you are a teacher, "preacher", spiritual healer, or independent scholar, researcher, or speaker in the field of religion and spirituality, including emerging, alternative, esoteric, or modern spirituality, you may be perfectly suited to our honored religious doctoral degrees.
These are time honored religious doctoral degrees which take less time and have lower tuition fees, but still allow you to attach Dr. to your name and letters after your name (post-nominal letters).
